Torcher experience concert boosts business, thrills patrons in Ho

Ho (V/R), March 7, GNA – Businesses flourished while music lovers cheered as Stonebwoy delivered a thrilling performance during the Torcher Experience concert in Ho.

The event, headlined on March 5, 2026, by celebrated Ghanaian dancehall artiste Stonebwoy, born Livingstone Etse Satekla, attracted hundreds of patrons and traders who converged on the Adaklu Youth Resource Centre for the much-anticipated musical experience.

The concert, dubbed “The Torcher Experience,” formed part of activities marking Ghana Independence Day celebrations and was aimed at promoting youth development, entertainment and regional pride.

Patrons who attended the event expressed satisfaction with the organisation and performances, noting that the show created a vibrant atmosphere and renewed excitement within the Volta Regional capital.

Many food vendors and drink sellers operating around the venue reported brisk sales throughout the night as large crowds thronged the grounds.

Madam Akosua Nyarko, a food vendor told the Ghana News Agency that the event had significantly boosted her sales compared to ordinary business days.

“Tonight, has been very good for ⁶business. Many people came here to enjoy the music, and they also bought food and drinks,” she said.

Performing on stage with energy, glamour and creativity, Stonebwoy thrilled the audience with a collection of his popular songs, drawing loud cheers and excitement from fans.

The artiste, known globally for promoting Ghanaian music and culture, used the platform to inspire young people to remain patriotic and contribute positively to national development.

Organisers of the concert described the programme as a major entertainment initiative intended to promote tourism, support local businesses, and unite the youth through music and culture.

They noted that the overwhelming patronage demonstrated the growing importance of entertainment-driven events in stimulating local economic activities and social cohesion in the region.
