Accra, Dec. 31, GNA – Thousands of Christians are expected to converge at the International Central Gospel Church (ICGC) Christ Temple East in Teshie on December 31 for the highly anticipated Crossover Service, led by Pastor Mensa Otabil.
The annual service has become a landmark event for worshippers seeking to end the year with gratitude and usher in the new year with renewed faith and hope.
The evening promises a spirit-filled experience with powerful worship and praise sessions featuring CT Praise, Zamar, Endless Praise, and Lumina.
The programme will also include a communion and anointing service to spiritually prepare attendees for the year ahead.
Pastor Mensa Otabil will deliver the New Year message, emphasizing the importance of trusting God in 2026 and stepping into the year with expectation. The church’s theme for 2026 will also be officially declared during the service.
“As we step into 2026, it is essential that we place our trust fully in God. Crossover is a time to reflect on His faithfulness, leave behind the challenges of the past year, and walk into the new year confident that God will guide and provide. I encourage everyone to come with faith and expectation,” Pastor Otabil said.
To ensure accessibility, organizers have arranged buses across Accra and Tema to transport worshippers to Christ Temple East and return them to their pick-up points after the service.
The service begins at 2100 hours and families, friends, and individuals are encouraged to arrive early and participate fully.
