The MoU also aimed in advancing community development and improving access to essential social services.

The Chief Director of the Regional Coordinating Council, Reverend Harry Nii Teye Owoo, signed the agreement on behalf of the Oti Regional Minister.

The partnership seeks to enhance coordination between government and development partners, promote inclusive growth, and support sustainable livelihoods across the region.

In a statement, the Regional Minister commended World Vision Ghana for its longstanding commitment to improving the welfare of children, families, and communities in the Oti Region and other parts of the country.

He noted that the MOU reflected a shared resolve to address development gaps and accelerate social transformation.

As part of its ongoing interventions, World Vision Ghana commissioned completed water systems under its Universal Service Coverage Project in selected communities in Krachi Nchumuru, Krachi West, and Kadjebi Districts.

The initiative is expected to expand access to potable water, improve sanitation, and contribute to better health outcomes for residents in the beneficiary communities.
