Accra, Oct. 04, GNA – Prophet Nana Yaw Adams, Head of Mercy House Chapel, has urged Christians to approach prayer with faith and expectation of practical and verifiable results in their lives.
Speaking on the theme: “Matters of the Heart” during a service at The Covenant City of Jehovah Shammah, Prophet Adams shared insights from a multi-year personal study into why some believers struggled to experience the fulfilment of divine promises.
Drawing lessons from Proverbs 16:1 and 1 Chronicles 21:26, he said spiritual alignment with God was essential to experiencing divine intervention.
“If God says He can heal, I want to see the healing; if God says he prospers, I want to see the prosperity,” he said.
Prophet Adams said faith should produce visible results rather than remain abstract, adding that believers could rely on divine promises because God’s character was unchanging and He could not lie.
He, therefore, encouraged Christians to look beyond their immediate challenges, deepen their prayer lives and remain confident in God’s provision.
