Moscow, Aug 24 (RIA Novosti/GNA) – Moscow extremely negative assesses London’s plans to transfer technologies for production of SCALP missiles to Kiev, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Monday.
Earlier in the day, Downing Street said that UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham will announce the transfer of classified data to Kiev for the start of production of long-range SCALP missiles in Ukraine.
“Extremely negative. The UK is participating in this war on the side of the Kiev regime. The UK methodically and regularly adds fuel to the fire and methodically and regularly plots to prevent at least some development of the peace process. This is exactly what the UK is doing,” Peskov told reporters, answering a question about the Kremlin’s attitude to these plans.
