Frankradua (E/R), June 12, GNA – Togbe Kofi Dunenyo, the Development Chief of Frankadua in the Asuogyaman District of the Eastern Region, has commissioned a modern Information and Communication Technology (ICT) laboratory for the Frankadua E.P. Primary School.
The laboratory, which is equipped with desktop and laptop computers, was made possible through Team CSR Ghana, an organisation that seeks to empower and connect corporations with local communities through educational and social support initiatives
Togbe Dunenyo, known in private life as Mr Jonathan Kofi Reynolds and an African American Diasporan, noted that the laboratory would equip learners with digital literacy, transform their access to information, and develop their critical thinking skills.
He indicated that his priority as a development chief remained the socio-economic advancement of the area, adding that his short period of enstoolment had already seen the provision of mechanised boreholes and ultra-modern toilet facility for the community.

Dr Nana Kweku Nduom, the President of the Tau Alpha Lambda Chapter of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated, who was the Guest Speaker for the commissioning ceremony, urged the Ghanaian diaspora to actively support local development projects to improve livelihoods across the continent.
Mr. Anthony Donkor, the Headmaster of Frankadua E.P. Primary School, expressed appreciation to the Development Chief and Team CSR Ghana for the intervention.
However, he appealed to other corporate bodies, non-government organisations and individuals to assist the school with printers and auxiliary educational materials to enhance teaching and learning.
