Kadjebi (O/R), Dec. 10, GNA – The Nkwanta North District Directorate of the Department of Food and Agriculture (DoFA) has lauded Mr Nurudeen Fuseini, the Nkwanta North District Director of the National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE), for his unwavering dedication to civic education and youth development in the district.
Mr Fuseini received a Special Citation during the 41st National Farmers’ Day celebration held at Kpassa, the district capital. The citation recognised his outstanding commitment, noting that his “passion for civic education and youth empowerment has inspired countless individuals” across communities in the district.
The DoFA Directorate said Mr Fuseini’s sustained public sensitisation efforts, community outreach programmes, and advocacy for responsible citizenship have contributed significantly to shaping informed and engaged residents, especially among the youth.
According to officials, his initiatives have not only deepened civic awareness but also strengthened community participation in local governance and national development processes.
The gesture formed part of the district’s broader recognition of individuals and institutions contributing meaningfully to the social and economic advancement of the area.
