Peki Dzake, July 10, GNA – The Volta Regional Police Command has destroyed about eight acres of suspected Indian hemp farms at Peki Dzake as part of intensified efforts to combat the cultivation and trafficking of illicit drugs in the region.
The operation was carried out by personnel of the Command’s Drug Law Enforcement Unit (DLU) following intelligence gathered on illegal narcotics cultivation in the area.
