Accra, Dec 12, GNA – An Accra High Court has restrained Transition Funeral Home from releasing the body of ace musician Charles Kwadwo Fosu, aka Daddy Lumba, for burial.
This means that the burial rites slated on December 13, 2025, have been halted.
The court has ordered Mr Kofi Owusu, Head Ekuona Family, to hold a meeting for the deceased children, wives, and the entire family and immediate maternal family.
Parties were also ordered to sign an undertaking at the Court Registry to share the cost they would have incurred as a result of the grant of the injunction.
Mr Owusu was also asked to separate funds raised from the deceased one week ceremony from the loan contracted for the burial rites.
