Accra, June 10, GNA – The Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT) has extended its best wishes to Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) candidates, urging them to adhere to examination rules and avoid malpractice to uphold integrity.
In a statement signed by Mr Thomas T. Musah, General Secretary, GNAT encouraged candidates to approach the examination with zeal, determination, and optimism.
“On the occasion of facing this momentous phase in your educational pursuit, the Ghana National Association of Teachers wishes you all the best and entreats you to face the examination with zeal, determination, and optimism of a very bright future for yourselves,” the statement read.
GNAT advised candidates to observe all examination rules, refrain from malpractice, and approach each paper diligently.
“We urge you to observe all the rules guiding the examination, refrain from malpractices and approach all the papers diligently and consciously, and surely, you would come out with flying colours,” it added.
Expressing confidence in the candidates’ abilities, the Association urged them to strive for excellence and make their parents, guardians, and society proud, assuring them of GNAT’s support and encouragement.
GNAT also wished candidates a prosperous future and success in their academic pursuits, emphasising that their hard work and efforts would not be in vain.
