Tamale, June 16, GNA – Dr Clifford Braimah, an Aspiring Savannah Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has urged members of the party in the region to shift focus from competition to collaboration following the completion of Electoral Area and Polling Station Executive elections.
“Now that the elections are over, the focus must shift from competition to collaboration. The true test of leadership begins after victory. Whether elected or not, every member has a vital role to play in building a stronger party and preparing for the future,” Dr Braimah said.
This was contained in a statement issued by Dr Braimah and copied to the Ghana News Agency in Tamale.
The statement congratulated “the Regional Executive Committee, Constituencies Executive Committees, Constituencies Election Committees, Electoral Area Coordinators, Polling Station Executives, party leaders, and members of the New Patriotic Party across the Savannah Region on the successful completion of our Electoral Area and Polling Station Executive Elections.”
It said, “This achievement marks another important step in strengthening our party’s structures and deepening the democratic values that have always distinguished the NPP.”
It added: “The enthusiasm, commitment, and participation displayed throughout the process are clear signs that our party remains strong, united and ready for the challenges ahead.”
The statement said, “The road to 2028 starts today. We must reconnect with our grassroots, strengthen our presence in every community, engage our youth and women, and work tirelessly to restore confidence in the NPP across the Savannah Region. Success will not come through words alone. It will come through unity, sacrifice, discipline, and hard work.
… “Let us close ranks, support one another, and move forward as one family with a common purpose of returning the NPP to power in 2028 and securing more parliamentary seats across the Savannah Region.”
Dr Braimah wished “all executives wisdom, humility, and success as they assume their new responsibilities. May your tenure bring renewed energy, growth, and victory to our great party.”
