Manso Odaho, (Ash), June 17, GNA – Residents of Manso Odaho in the Amansie South District of the Ashanti region, have renewed calls for urgent government intervention to address critical infrastructure challenges affecting the growth and development of the community.
Leading the appeal was the Founder and General Overseer of New Vision Ministry Church, Pastor Sofo Kwadwo Nsiah, who expressed deep concern over the poor state of the road network, erratic electricity supply, and inadequate telecommunications services in the area.
Speaking to the Ghana News Agency in an interview, Pastor Nsiah, pointed out that, these challenges continue to impede socio-economic activities and negatively affecting the daily lives of residents.
He noted that the deplorable condition of roads in the community had made transportation difficult, particularly during the rainy season, affecting the movement of people, goods, and essential services.
The clergyman further lamented the persistent power outages experienced by residents, explaining that, the unstable electricity supply had disrupted businesses and other economic activities, thereby slowing development in the community.
He also highlighted poor telecommunications connectivity as a major concern, stating that unreliable network services continue to affect communication, access to information, and commercial transactions.

Pastor Nsiah, therefore, appealed to the government and relevant state institutions to prioritize the developmental needs of Manso Odaho by investing in critical infrastructure projects that would improve the living conditions of residents and stimulate economic growth.
He emphasized that improving road accessibility, ensuring a stable electricity supply, and enhancing telecommunications services would significantly contribute to the progress of the area and creating better opportunities for residents.
Several members of the community also added their voices to the call, urging the government to take immediate steps to address what they described as the three major developmental challenges facing the area.
According to them, poor road infrastructure, unstable telecommunications networks, and erratic electricity supply have adversely affected transportation, communication, business operations, healthcare delivery, and educational activities within the community.
The residents expressed hope that swift government intervention would help transform Manso Odaho and unlock its development potential.
They stressed that addressing the infrastructure deficits would not only improve the quality of life of residents but also attract investment and create new opportunities for economic advancement.
