Assin Betinsinso (C/R), Mar 04, GNA – A 42-year-old farmer, Mr Ato Kwamena, is reported to have shot himself to death at Assin Betinsinso in the Assin Fosu Municipality of the Central Region.
According to relatives, after the incident, the deceased called one of his brothers on the phone to inform him that he had shot himself and urgently needed help.
However, help came too late, as he was pronounced dead on arrival at a nearby health centre where he had been rushed.
The incident has been reported to the Police, and investigations are underway to ascertain what transpired.
