Success of our presidential primary is a testament to internal democratic principles – NPP Communicator

Sunyani (Bono), Feb. 2, GNA – Mr Abubakari Yakubu, a leading member and ardent communicator of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Sunyani East constituency, has congratulated the party for a successful presidential primary. 
 
He said, “The success, triumph and internal victory of our great party is a testament to the party’s unwavering commitment to internal democratic principles and our ability to overcome internal challenges”. 
 
In an interview with the Ghana News Agency (GNA) Mr Abubakari, popularly known in the political space as “Baba Amando,” said the NPP’s success could not solely be attributed to its internal strength but also to its determination to confront and defeat its primary adversary, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Election 2028. 
 
He explained that having demonstrated unwavering determination and resilience in nurturing democracy “even during our most challenging times, the global community now recognises our unwavering commitment.” 
 
“Our primary adversary is undoubtedly experiencing significant apprehension following the successful and commendable internal elections,” he stated, saying that “Our party’s members now have a sense of security to engage in the actual battle, which is the 2028 General Elections.” 
 
Mr Yakubu, who is aspiring to be the Bono Regional Communications Officer of the NPP, added that: “We have once again achieved unprecedented success, and the enthusiasm for our great party has been rekindled.” 
 
He said now the party in the Sunyani East constituency required two vehicles for its re-organisation, assuring that: “We will redefine our communication strategies to connect with the minds of the people of Ghana and to secure a decisive victory against our opponents in the Election 2028.”
