Dambai (O/R), Jan. 15, GNA – Mr John Kwadwo Gyapong, the Oti Regional Minister, has encouraged applicants sitting for the Police Service aptitude test to prepare thoroughly for the exams.
Speaking at the screening centers during his tour, the Minister emphasised the importance of hard work and dedication, urging applicants to “hit the books” and make the most of available resources.
The Minister assured applicants of the region’s peaceful environment and support for the Police Service.
Mr Gyapong also urged applicants who may have falsified their results to come clean and withdraw their applications immediately.
“If you have faked your results, please take this as a warning, it will be detected at the computer during scanning, do not wait to be caught and face the consequences”.
The Minister described the ongoing Police screening process as smooth and commendable.
Mr Gyapong expressed satisfaction with the level of organisation and conduct of the process, praising the efforts of the Interior Minister and government as well.
A visit by the Ghana News Agency (GNA) at Dambai Oti Technical school, sighted a smooth and well organised process with applicants provided refreshments, including water and soft drinks.
