Deeper Life Campus Fellowship launches National Congress—Elevation 2025

Accra, Sept 22, GNA – The Deeper Life Campus Fellowship (DLCF) has unveiled its flagship 2025 National Campus Congress, Elevation 2025, with a call on students and young professionals to “rise to new levels for global impact.”

The event, held at the Deeper Life Bible Church in Santasi, on Saturday September 20, 2025, brought together church leaders, academics, journalists, and campus representatives in an atmosphere of worship, prayer, and shared vision.

Welcoming guests to the launch, Pastor Joseph Hector Edusei, Chairman for the occasion, noted that for a world grappling with complex challenges, the campus community holds the key to unlocking a brighter future.

“I invite you all to join us on this journey of transformation, as we seek to raise a generation of principled leaders and professionals who will shape institutions, industries, and nations with integrity and excellence”, he added

In his keynote address, Prof. Charles Amoatey, National Coordinator of the DLCF, described the upcoming congress as a divine summons to a generation “rooted in Christ, refined by holiness, and ready to soar with strength for global relevance.”

Quoting Isaiah 40:31, he spoke of the urgency of shaping young lives in a world of moral crises, economic uncertainty, and shifting global dynamics.

The congress, he announced, would take place from Wednesday 8 October to Sunday 12 October 2025 at the Deeper Life Conference Centre in Brofoyedru, Kumasi, and was expected to host more than four thousand students, alumni, and young professionals from tertiary institutions across Ghana.

Over five days, participants will experience spirit-filled revival services, character studies of biblical figures such as Daniel and Ruth, seminars on academic and professional excellence, leadership and missions training, and empowerment services for the baptism and infilling of the Holy Spirit.

Pastor Amoatey expressed confidence that the gathering would raise “an army of soul-winners and leaders who would shine as lights on campuses and beyond,” empowering young professionals to remain uncompromising in their values while excelling globally.

He appealed to churches, alumni, and media partners to amplify the message of Elevation 2025 and to help mobilise thousands of participants, urging everyone to stand with the fellowship in prayer, resources, and publicity.

The Guest-of-Honour, Prof. Philip Antwi-Adjei, Director of the Office of Grants and Research at KNUST, hailed the initiative as a defining moment for Ghana’s tertiary landscape.

“We are not merely unveiling an event but announcing a movement of vision and transformation,” he declared, commending the fellowship for marrying deep spirituality with intellectual engagement.

Addressing the journalists present, he underscored their critical role as storytellers whose cameras, microphones, and pens would “carry the heart of Elevation 2025 into homes, campuses, and communities far beyond Kumasi.”

He challenged students to come with open hearts and expectant minds, ready to blend intellectual rigour with spiritual vitality.

“The Christian faith is not confined to private devotion; it is a public force for transformation in science, governance, business, education, and culture,” he said.

As the launch concluded with prayer and music, a sense of anticipation filled the hall. With just weeks to go, the Deeper Life Campus Fellowship signalled its readiness to host a milestone gathering designed to shape minds, rekindle faith, and propel young men and women to principled leadership with integrity and excellence for lasting global impact.
