Sefwi Bekwai (WN/R), Aug. 29, GNA – Mr Bright Asamoah Brefo, the Member of Parliament (MP) for the Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai Constituency, in collaboration with “DayBreak Vision,” a Non-Profit Organisation, is set to organise a free eye screening and surgery for residents of the area.
In interview with the Ghana News Agency, he said the screening formed part of his commitment to improve upon the health needs of his constituents.
It would start on September 4th to12th, 2025 in over 50 communities in the constituency.
Mr Brefo said the healthcare needs of the people were on top of his agenda and that he would continue to seek the interests of his people to keep them physically fit.
He announced that seasoned medical practitioners would be available for consultation, prescriptions and treatment for any eye related issues and encouraged the constituents to take advantage of the free programme to help solve their eye health problems.
