Accra, Jan 24, GNA – President John Dramani Mahama will on Friday, January 24, swear-in his second batch of six ministerial nominees at 1800 hours at the Flagstaff House in Accra.
The ministerial nominees, who have been confirmed by Parliament, include Madam Abla Dzifa Gomashie, Minister-designate for Tourism, Culture, and Creative Arts, Mr George Opare Addo, Minister-designate for Youth Development and Empowerment, and Madam Emelia Arthur, Minister-designate for Fisheries and Aquaculture Development.
The rest are Mr Ahmed Ibrahim, Minister-designate for Local Government, Chieftaincy, and Religious Affairs, Madam Elizabeth Ofosu-Adjare, Minister-designate for Trade, Industry and Agribusiness, and Madam Agnes Naa Momo Lartey, Minister-designate for Gender, Children, and Social Protection.
Friday’s inauguration will bring the total number of ministers so far sworn-in by the President to 12.
