Takoradi, Sept. 3, GNA – The 2024 Presidential Running mate to John Dramani Mahama of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang, is set to embark on a three-day campaign tour in the Western Region.
The three-day tour would create an opportunity for market engagements, meetings with chiefs, and other important stakeholders in the selected constituencies in the Region.
Mr Kirk Mensah, the Western Regional Communications Officer, in a press release to the Ghana News Agency, said the campaign train would hit towns and places, including Tarkwa Nsuaem, Ahanta West, and Mpohor on her first day of the tour.
On the second day, Professor Opoku-Agyeman and her team would visit the Shama constituency, Essikadu-Ketan Constituency, and Sekondi.
The Retired Professor would also visit the Harbour City of Takoradi, Effia and Kwesimintsim.
The NDC running mate would be accompanied by distinguished personalities to engage effectively on the key campaign slogan of 24-hour economy, development of women’s bank and other key socio-economic programmes capable of resetting Ghana.
