Newly installed Chief of Sefwi Bekwai Adobewura promises unity and development

Adobewura (WN/R), May 13, GNA – Nana Yaw Donkor II, the newly installed Chief of Sefwi Bekwai Adobewura, in the Western North Region, has expressed his readiness to prioritise unity to foster peace, growth and development in the community.

He noted that chieftaincy disputes and communal unrest were obstacles to development and that, Adobewura community could not afford to sacrifice its development and unity to such issues.

In an interview with the Ghana News Agency (GNA), he said he would use his chieftaincy as a tool to drive development and bring prosperity to his people.

Nana Donkor II, who recently donated community information centre, 30 school desks, and 50 plastic chairs to both the community and the school in the area, said education would be one of his major areas of focus.
