Bono Minister pledges school bus for Dormaas

Dormaa-Ahenkro (Bono), Sep. 22, GNA – Mr Joseph Addae Akwaboa, the Bono Region Minister, has pledged to provide the Dormaa Senior High School (Dormaas) with a school bus to facilitate the movement of the students and teachers. 

He gave the pledge when speaking at the fourth National Delegates Congress of the Old Student Association of the school at Dormaa-Ahenkro in the region. 

Mr Akwaboa commended the association for their continuous support towards the growth and development of Dormaas and called on them to network, build and use their connections to advance the course of the school. 

He asked the association to consider building a sachet water factory at the school to help improve the school’s Internally Generated Funds (IGF). 

Mr Akwaboa also advised the teachers to redouble their efforts, and groom students to participate and excel in the National Science and Mathematics Quiz Competition. 

He said participating in such events would build the image and expose the school to the outside world.
