Moscow, Aug 31 (RIA Novosti/GNA) – Brent crude is trading up 2.34% at $90.35 per barrel amid the US-Iran exchange of strikes in the Middle East.
As of 22:02 GMT, the price of December Brent crude futures was up 2.34% from the previous close to $90.35, while October WTI futures were up 2.64% to $85.64.
Axios previously reported US strikes on Iranian missile launchers on Larak Island. The Iranian broadcaster Press TV reported that several explosions had rocked Jordan following Iranian strikes and that Iran had fired missiles at American vessels in the Strait of Hormuz.
