July 5 (Adnkronos/GNA) – OPEC+ has decided to increase oil production in August to 188,000 barrels per day, a similar increase to those agreed upon in recent months.
The organization announced the news after its seven countries—Saudi Arabia, Russia, Iraq, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Algeria, and Oman—held videoconference talks and “decided to implement a production adjustment of 188,000 barrels per day,” according to an OPEC statement, which specifies that “this adjustment will be implemented in August 2026.”
