Iran resumes maritime trade with Qatar, suspended for five months

July 5 (Adnkronos/GNA) – Maritime trade between Iran and Qatar has resumed after a suspension of approximately five months, Iranian commercial attaché in Doha, Abbas Abdolkhani, told state media.

Maritime connections between the Iranian port of Deir el-Khali and the Qatari port of Al Ruwais resumed following coordination between the Iranian embassy in Doha and Qatari authorities, the Iranian official explained.
