Takoradi, July 4, GNA- Gospel enthusiasts, Christians and well-wishers of MTN, on Friday night converged at the Palms by Eagles biggest auditorium to offer sincere gratitude to God.
The worship session, dubbed “MTN Stands in Worship” enabled the telecommunication company to appreciate God for 30years of good business climate in Ghana.
The beautiful and enthusiastic crowd, clad in mostly white, with a pinch of yellow danced to the tunes from renowned gospel gurus including Pastor Joe Becheem, Mrs. Amy Newman, Joe Mettle, the Broken Chain, highlighted with a performance from Mercy Chinwo, a seasoned music icon from Nigeria.


Mr. Prince Owusu Nyarko, the Regional Senior Manager, Southwest described the night as historic.
He noted that for the past 12 years, the programme had witnessed a huge success….”and looking around in this room, I can already tell, Takoradi was ready for this moment.”
This year, MTN Ghana marks 30 years of connecting people, driving innovation, and growing alongside Ghanaians.
The company thus chose the night, to pause and say thank you, “thank you to God, thank you to every customer, every partner, and every well-wisher who has been part of our story. You are the reason we are still here, still growing, and still finding new and better ways to serve.”
