Dzodze (V/R), June 24, GNA – Reverend Martin Amenaki, Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Ketu North, has donated a Canon imageRUNNER 2224N multifunction printer to the Ketu North Constituency Office to enhance its day-to-day administrative operations.

The donation forms part of a series of interventions aimed at strengthening the operational capacity of the party’s constituency structures.

Rev. Amenaki said the gesture was a way of giving back to the party, which had provided him with numerous opportunities and eventually entrusted him with the responsibility of serving as Municipal Chief Executive.

He noted that his previous experience as Constituency Secretary had given him a deeper appreciation of the logistical challenges confronting constituency offices and the importance of having reliable office equipment.

“Having served as Constituency Secretary for several years, I fully understand the importance of having an in-house printing and photocopying facility. It enables the timely production of both public and confidential documents while improving the efficiency of the Constituency Secretariat,” he said.

Rev. Amenaki described the printer as one of several interventions he intended to undertake to support the growth and effectiveness of the party’s administrative structures.

He expressed optimism that the equipment would help address one of the longstanding logistical constraints facing the secretariat and improve service delivery.

“It is my hope that this gesture will help address one of the longstanding logistical challenges facing the Secretariat and contribute to more effective administrative operations,” he said.

Rev Amenaki reaffirmed his commitment to supporting and strengthening the party at all levels and pledged to continue contributing to its development in every way possible.

The Constituency Office is expected to use the equipment to improve documentation, communication, and the efficient management of administrative tasks.
