6.0-magnitude quake hits Samar, Philippines: GFZ

HONG KONG, May 4 (Xinhua/GNA) — An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.0 jolted Samar, Philippines at 06:09:46 GMT on Monday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 11.70 degrees north latitude and 125.52 degrees east longitude.
