Jinijini, (Bono), Jan. 31, GNA – Mr Dickson Kyere Duah, the Member of Parliament for Berekum West constituency in the Bono Region has urged supporters and members of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), not to be worried about whoever the New Patriotic Party (NPP) chooses as its Election 2028 flagbearer.
“Don’t be concerned about who the NPP elects today. In fact, whoever the NPP selects today will face a humiliating defeat in the 2028 General Election,” told the Ghana News Agency (GNA) in an interview at Jinijini.
Mr Duah emphasised that: “If we the NDC continue with the good work we have done over the past year, which I am convinced that President John Damani Mahama is determined to continue, then the NPP will suffer another shameful defeat in 2028.
” He indicated that the government’s reset Ghana agenda was seriously on course, saying that the NDC had already built trust, with the majority of Ghanaians now experiencing better living conditions now.
Mr Duah said the economy had resuscitated, translating into present reduction of prices of basic food items and petroleum products as well as building materials and other goods and services.
The MP called on Ghanaians to continue to maintain their trust and confidence in the NDC and support the government to achieve her reset Ghana agenda by creating more jobs and making life comfortable for the masses.
