Berlin, Dec 8, (dpa/GNA) – Unknown perpetrators have stolen some 130 Christmas trees for sale in the eastern German city of Cottbus, police said on Monday.
Employees noticed the missing trees on Monday morning, and believe they were pinched from the site over the weekend, according to a statement.
The trees are believed to be worth more than a total of €4,000 ($4,600), police said.
Cottbus is located to the south-east of Berlin.
