Accra, Nov. 3, GNA – The Ghanaian gospel trio, Daughters of Glorious Jesus, together with Team Eternity, are expected to lead ministration at a special thanksgiving and worship event for the beauty and cosmetics industry.
The event, dubbed “Beauty Praise,” is scheduled for Friday, November 21, 2025, at the International Central Gospel Church (ICGC) Christ Temple East, and would also feature ministration by renowned gospel artiste Kofi Owusu Peprah.
According to the organisers, the worship night, open to all industry players, their families, friends, and clients, would run from 1800 hours to 2100 hours.
The announcement was made by the Team Lead for the event, Mrs Faustina Adofo Adjagar, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of First Choice Hair and Beauty, during the programme’s launch in Accra.
She said the initiative was inspired by the belief that the talents and successes within the industry are divinely endowed.
With over 30 years of experience in the beauty sector, Mrs Adjagar said the event was a deliberate effort to pause and reflect on God’s faithfulness ahead of the busy December season.
“We have realised that whatever we do comes from God, the ability to think and even implement the things we think about all the time.
“So, it is about time we come together to praise and worship our maker, the one who enables us to do what we do,” she said.
Mrs Adjagar explained that Beauty Praise was designed to shift attention from the hustle of business to the source of all blessings.
She expressed hope that the event would fill the 5,000-capacity Christ Temple East auditorium.
“This is actually something very intentional. We are doing this to the glory of God. When you praise God, His glory comes down, we begin to appreciate these little things around us, and we get to do the right things,” she said.
Mrs Adjagar noted that the beauty and fashion industry had grown remarkably through innovation and technology, transforming from a once less-respected trade into a profession of excellence.
She said that thanksgiving to God was essential to sustaining and expanding this growth.
