Atomfourso, (Bono), June 19, GNA – The Chiefs and people of Atomfourso, a farming community, near Seikwa in the Tain District has petitioned the National Bureau Investigations (NIB) to compel the former Assembly Member of the Area to render accounts of his stewardship.
According to them, Mr Patrick Duah, the former Assembly Member, had refused to render accounts since he lost the last District Level Assembly Elections.
Nana Ekye Adjei, the Chief of Atomfourso in the Bono Region told the Ghana News Agency (GNA) in an interview that the failure of the former Assembly Member to render account for his stewardship was creating uneasy calm in the area.
“In fact, the security situation here is not good and the NIB must intervene for the right thing to be done,” he said.
