Akatsi South NDC wishes all BECE candidates the best of luck

Akatsi (VR), June 11, GNA- The National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Akatsi South Constituency has extended its warmest wishes to all candidates sitting for this year’s Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) 

The exercise, which commenced today, June 11, 2025, would continue until Tuesday, June 17, 2025.  

The message of best whished was jointly signed by Mr Owusu Anthony, NDC Chairman, and Mr Bernard Ahiafor, the Member of Parliament for Akatsi South. 

It said, “We commend the hardwork and dedication of all candidates, teachers, parents, and guardians who have supported them throughout their academic journey.” 

They stated that education remained a key pillar in the development of the entire constituency and the nation at large.  

“We believe in the potential of every child and encourage all candidates to approach the examination with confidence, focus, and determination,” Mr Anthony and Mr Ahiafor wote. 

They further stated that the exercise was a significant step towards the future of the candidates, “and we have no doubt that you will make yourselves, your families, and Akatsi South proud,” the messge added. 

They also encouraged the candidates to stay calm, the ability to read carefully in order to give their best. 

A total of 1171 comprising 566 males and 605 females were drawn from the public as compared to 303 candidates including 122 males and 181 females from the private schools’ category.
