Africa World Airlines holds banquet for partners in Takoradi

Beach Road (WR), Jan 31, GNA – Africa World Airlines (AWA), one of Ghana’s leading airlines, has expressed its gratitude to its partners in the Western Region with a grand banquet held in Takoradi.  

The event, which took place at the Palms -Eagles Hotel, brought together key stakeholders, including travel agents and tour operators, who have contributed to the airline’s success in the region.  

Mr Aaron Nortey, Sales and Marketing Manager of AWA, took participants through the history, operations and achievements of the company and praised them for their loyalty and support.  

He said the company was envisioned to be the leading airline in Africa, delivering a world-class service with a mission to connect Africa to the world through the most efficient, safe, and reliable air transport service.  

He announced that the company undertakes scheduled flights, charters, on-board advertisement, and customer experience.  

Mr Jonathan Appiah, Head of Commercial of AWA emphasised that the airline’s growth and success in the Western Region would not have been possible without their collaboration.  

He reiterated the airline’s commitment to providing safe, reliable, and customer-centric services to its passengers.  

He also announced plans to introduce new routes and increase frequencies on existing ones to meet the growing demand for air travel in the region.  

Mr Jonathan Armah, Operations Manager at the Takoradi Office, commended the partners for doing business with them over the years.  

He promised to further strengthen the corporate bond between the company and its partners and urged them to contact the office for any challenges they might have relating to their work.   

The banquet featured a cocktail reception, a buffet dinner, and a forum and provided a platform for the partners to network and interact with the airline’s management team.  

The partners praised the airline for its excellent service and expressed their appreciation for the recognition.   

Mr Prince Tagoe from Justmax Travels was proud to partner with the airline and looked forward to continuing its collaboration to promote air travel in the Region.
