By MuyidDeen Suleman, GNA

Kumasi Oct. 23, GNA – Mr Hamza Swallah, Deputy Director of the National Petroleum Authority, has asked NDC delegates in the Manhyia North constituency to carefully examine the candidates seeking for various executive positions in upcoming primaries and make best choices.

Mr Swallah, who was a former NDC Parliament Candidate (PC) for constituency pointed out that, choosing the best executives for the constituency would determine how the party could strategize to snatch the parliamentarian seat from the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the 2028 general elections.

Speaking to Ghana News Agency in Kumasi, Mr Swallah said, years after years, the NDC continued to increase its votes in the constituency, and this showed a clear sign that the party could win the parliamentary seat come 2028.

He explained that NDC had been known for its peaceful approach to any elections and that aspirants should not allow these executive elections to break them apart.

For him, as the former PC and a leader in the constituency, he was neutral and would stand firmly behind all those elected.

He expressed appreciation to all aspirants for conducting themselves very well during their campaign and urged them to embrace unity with a purpose after the election.
