He further stated that the Frafra people were well known for their peaceful coexistence, unity and community spirit, and as such, the new leadership should be supported in a manner that reflected those virtues.

Naaba Akambonga, noted that as the head of the Frafra community in the Ashanti Region, he did not want to hear any reports of disrespect to the new head.

To drive home the point, he cautioned against actions that could create misunderstandings, such as refusing to attend legitimate meetings, challenging decisions publicly without due process, or instigating divisions among elders and families.

He also advised the new head to lead the people diligently without fear, favours, acrimonies or jealousies.

Naaba Akambonga said in the community demanded fairness, wise counsel and the ability to listen to different sides of issues, especially when disputes arose.

As guidance, he indicated that matters like naming ceremonies, funeral arrangements, marriages and chieftaincy-related misunderstandings should be handled with maturity and respect for laid-down customs.

The new Frafra community head at Tanoso is expected to coordinate affairs of his tribesmen, including marriages, disputes, litigations among others.

He is also expected to strengthen social cohesion by promoting dialogue among families, ensuring that grievances were addressed early before they escalate, and liaising with relevant stakeholders to support development in the community.
