1. IT Manager
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; minimum 3 years’ IT management experience, preferably with mobile/USSD app and accounting systems deployment.
- Lead the procurement, deployment, and ongoing operation of the automated accounting system and the MariTech digital extension app across Android, OS, USSD, and web platforms.
- Manage all IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and hardware at the plant and field offices, ensuring maximum uptime and data security.
- Supervise IT Officers and coordinate with app developers/vendors to resolve technical issues and roll out platform upgrades.
- Establish data protection protocols to safeguard beneficiary, financial, and operational records.
- Train staff across departments on the use of the accounting system and digital tools.
2. Commercial Manager
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; minimum 3 years’ commercial/sales experience, preferably in agribusiness or commodities.
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for sale of processed palm oil to local and export markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, distributors, and financial/insurance partners
- Set pricing strategy and negotiate supply and off-take agreements.
- Track revenue performance against project targets and support delivery of the co-investment funding commitments.
- Work closely with the Commodity Analyst and Outgrower Manager to align supply with market demand.
3. Environmental Officer
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, or related field; minimum 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in agriculture or agro-processing.
- Conduct environmental impact and risk assessments for the processing plant and out-grower farms.
- Develop and enforce environmental compliance procedures in line with national and donor standards.
- Promote sustainable land use, waste management, and effluent handling practices at the plant.
- Train farm hands, extension officers, and out-growers on environmentally responsible oil palm cultivation.
- Prepare environmental compliance sections of progress reports.
4. Internal Auditor
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (CA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred; minimum 3 years’ audit experience.
- Conduct periodic audits of financial transactions, procurement processes, and inventory records across the project.
- Assess internal controls and recommend improvements to safeguard project and co-investment funds.
- Verify accuracy of data feeding into financial reports.
- Investigate discrepancies and report findings directly to management
- Support preparation for external/donor audits.
5. HR Manager
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field; professional HR certification an advantage; minimum 3 years’ HR experience.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding for all direct employees, with emphasis on youth, women, persons with disability, and internally displaced persons.
- Develop HR policies, contracts, and staff welfare programmes in line with Ghanaian labour law.
- Coordinate training programmes for staff, in-growers, and out-growers alongside technical departments.
- Manage staff performance appraisals, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records to support workforce milestone reporting
6. MEL Manager
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Development Studies, or related field; minimum 3 years’ MEL experience on donor-funded projects.
- Design and lead the project’s Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) framework and indicators.
- Oversee data collection systems tracking beneficiary onboarding, app registration, and income uplift targets.
- Supervise MEL Officers and quality-assure data used in financial reports.
- Coordinate the final programme validation demonstrating income uplift for the targeted youth in work (YiW).
- Present MEL findings to management to inform decision-making.
7. Customer Service Manager
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field; minimum 3 years’ customer service or client relations experience.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with in-growers, out-growers, and commercial customers.
- Oversee the timely resolution of complaints, concerns, and service-related issues received through established communication channels.
- Drive adoption and active use of the agronomic advisory, financial, and insurance service systems.
- Develop customer service standards and train front-line staff (Tele Agric Officers, Extension Officers) accordingly.
- Report on customer satisfaction and engagement metrics.
8. MEL Officer
Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Development Studies, or related field; minimum 1–2 years’ data collection/M&E experience.
- Collect and verify field data on beneficiary onboarding, training, land allocation, and app registration.
- Support the MEL Manager in maintaining project databases and dashboards.
- Conduct field visits to validate reported milestones against actual progress.
- Assist in compiling financial reports.
- Flag data quality issues and support corrective action.
9. Administrative Assistant
Qualifications: Diploma or HND in Office Administration, Business Studies, or related field; minimum 1–2 years’ administrative experience.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to management and department heads.
- Maintain accurate filing, records management, and correspondence tracking.
- Coordinate scheduling of meetings, travel, and project events.
- Support procurement and HR departments with documentation as needed.
- Handle front-office duties, including visitor and telephone reception.
10. Data Analyst
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field; proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or similar); minimum 2 years’ experience.
- Analyse production, aggregation, sales, and beneficiary data generated across the value chain.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track progress against project milestones and KPIs.
- Support the MEL and Commercial teams with data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency with back-end systems.
- Assist in preparing data sections of progress and financial reports.
11. Commodity Analyst
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics, Economics, or related field; minimum 2 years’ experience in commodity/market analysis, preferably in agriculture.
- Monitor local and regional oil palm market trends, pricing, and demand patterns.
- Analyse fresh fruit bunch and seed supply volumes from in-growers and out-growers.
- Advise the Commercial Manager on pricing, procurement timing, and market risk.
- Track progress toward supply targets
- Prepare periodic commodity market briefs for management.
12. Accounts Officer
Qualifications: HND or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; part-qualification in a professional accounting body an advantage; minimum 2 years’ accounting experience.
- Maintain day-to-day financial records using automated accounting system.
- Process payments to staff, suppliers, out-growers, and service providers.
- Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and petty cash records.
- Support preparation of financial reports and co-investment funding disbursement records.
- Ensure compliance with appropriate accounting standards and internal controls.
13. IT Officer(s)
Qualifications: HND or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science; minimum 1–2 years’ IT support experience.
- Provide first-line technical support to staff across departments and field locations.
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, networks, and app.
- Assist in-growers, out-growers, and staff with app registration, log-in, and usage issues.
- Support rollout of system upgrades and new digital tools under the IT Manager’s direction.
- Maintain IT equipment inventories and basic cybersecurity hygiene.
14. Health and Safety Officer
Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health, or related field; relevant certification an advantage; minimum 2 years’ experience.
- Develop and implement occupational health and safety standards for the processing plant and field operations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Organise health and safety training for staff, drivers, and farm hands.
- Ensure availability and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain safety records and report incidents to management.
15. Transport Manager
Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport Management, or related field; valid driver’s license; minimum 3 years’ fleet/logistics management experience.
- Plan and coordinate transport of fresh fruit bunches/seeds from aggregation points to the processing plant.
- Manage the vehicle fleet, maintenance schedules, and fuel usage.
- Supervise Drivers and ensure compliance with road safety and transport regulations.
- Optimise logistics routes and schedules to minimise post-harvest losses and delivery delays.
- Coordinate with Procurement/Aggregation Officers on collection planning.
16. Tele Agric Officer(s)
Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Extension, or related field; good communication skills; prior call-centre/advisory experience an advantage.
- Deliver remote agronomic advisory services to in-growers and out-growers via phone and app.
- Respond promptly to farmer queries on crop management, pest/disease control, and best practices.
- Support registration and onboarding of farmers onto the app’s advisory and service-linkage features.
- Escalate complex agronomic issues to Extension Officers or technical specialists.
- Maintain call/interaction logs to support MEL reporting.
17. Quality Assurance Officer
Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Agriculture, or related field; minimum 2 years’ quality control/assurance experience, preferably in agro-processing.
- Set and monitor quality standards for seedlings, fertiliser, fresh fruit bunches, and processed palm oil.
- Conduct inspections at aggregation points, in transit, and at the processing plant.
- Work with Extension and Outgrower teams to ensure growers meet quality specifications.
- Investigate and address quality non-conformances in the supply chain.
- Maintain quality control records and support certification/compliance requirements.
18. Procurement/Aggregation Officer(s)
Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Agriculture, or related field; minimum 2 years’ procurement or aggregation experience.
- Manage farm inputs, organic fertiliser and hybrid seedlings, for distribution to in-growers and out-growers.
- Coordinate aggregation of fresh fruit bunches/seeds from growers to the processing plant.
- Maintain accurate supplier, grower, and input-distribution records.
- Negotiate supply terms with vendors and ensure timely, cost-effective procurement.
- Work with the Transport Manager to plan collection logistics.
19. Driver(s)
Qualifications: Minimum Basic Education Certificate (BECE); valid commercial driver’s license with clean record; minimum 2 years’ driving experience.
- Safely transport farm produce, inputs, staff, and equipment between sites.
- Conduct routine vehicle checks and basic maintenance, reporting faults promptly.
- Maintain trip logs and adhere to designated routes and schedules.
- Comply with road safety regulations and company transport policies.
- Assist with loading/offloading of goods as required.
20. Cleaner(s)
Qualifications: Basic Education Certificate (BECE) or equivalent; prior cleaning/janitorial experience an advantage.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the processing plant, offices, and surrounding premises.
- Follow sanitation protocols appropriate to a food-processing environment.
- Manage waste disposal in line with environmental guidelines.
- Report maintenance or hygiene issues to supervisors promptly.
- Support general upkeep of facilities and equipment areas.
21. Security Officer(s)
Qualifications: Minimum Basic Education Certificate (BECE); prior security experience and/or accreditation with a recognised security service preferred.
- Provide round-the-clock security for the processing plant, equipment, and premises.
- Monitor and control access for staff, visitors, and vehicles.
- Conduct routine patrols and maintain incident/occurrence logs.
- Respond to and report security incidents or breaches promptly.
- Coordinate with local security agencies as needed.
22. Outgrower Manager
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field; minimum 3 years’ experience managing out-grower or smallholder schemes.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and land allocation for out-growers
- Oversee grower agreements and ensure compliance with project terms.
- Supervise Outgrower Officers and coordinate with Extension Officers on training delivery.
- Track grower supply performance against annual targets (e.g., seed/fruit supply volumes).
- Support transition of growers into the Youth-in-Work (YiW) milestone targets.
23. Outgrower Officer
Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field; minimum 1–2 years’ field/extension experience.
- Support day-to-day onboarding, registration, and engagement of out-growers.
- Facilitate access to farm inputs, training, and app-based advisory/insurance services for growers.
- Monitor grower compliance with quality standards and agreement terms.
- Maintain accurate grower records and report issues to the Outgrower Manager.
- Conduct regular farm visits to support and troubleshoot grower challenges.
24. Farm Hand(s)
Qualifications: Basic Education Certificate (BECE) or equivalent; practical farming experience preferred; willingness to undertake manual field work.
- Carry out land preparation, planting, weeding, and general farm maintenance.
- Support harvesting and post-harvest handling of oil palm fresh fruit bunches.
- Follow agronomic and safety guidance provided by Extension Officers and supervisors.
- Assist with input application (fertiliser, seedlings) under guidance.
- Maintain farm tools and report equipment or crop issues promptly.
25. Extension Officer(s)
Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Extension, Agriculture, or related field; minimum 2 years’ field extension experience.
- Train in-growers and out-growers on quality standards, land preparation, planting, and post-harvest handling.
- Deliver hands-on, field-based agronomic advisory support to complement Tele Agric services.
- Support farmer access to organic fertiliser, hybrid seedlings, and other production inputs.
- Monitor farmer progress and report challenges to the Outgrower Manager and MEL team.
- Promote adoption of app among growers for ongoing advisory support.
