Accra, Aug. 4, GNA – The Quiet Hour Ministries, an International Christian Organisation has donated four motorcycles and 500 Bibles, to the Volta Ghana Mission (VGM) of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, a significant aid to its evangelistic outreach.
A statement issued to the Ghana News Agency, said the presentation ceremony was held at the Ho Central Seventh-day Adventist Church, and was attended by members and the media to celebrate the reception.
Pastor Paul H. Mawutor, the President of the Volta Ghana Mission, expressed profound gratitude to Quiet Hour Ministries for their support of the church’s mission to reach remote and difficult terrains across the Volta Region.
Addressing church leaders, pastors, members, guests, and media representatives, Pastor Mawutor described the occasion as a day of gratitude, celebration, and renewed commitment to the mission of God.
He emphasised that the event was not simply about receiving material support but about celebrating a partnership dedicated to expanding the Gospel of Jesus.
Pastor Mawutor commended the ministry for its unwavering commitment towards equipping churches and transforming lives through the Word of God.
“The motorbikes are not symbols of privilege; they are instruments of mission tools for evangelism, discipleship, pastoral care, and hope,” he added.
Pastor Jacob Binyam Mawandor, the Director of Evangelism, Sabbath School, Adventist Muslim Relations and Research, emphasised that the motorbikes would not be used for personal interest but for their intended purposes, and would help in the contact hours for perishing souls.
