Aigle, Switzerland, Aug 2 — Swiss ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory strengthens international access to longevity science, responsible preclinical research, advanced testing capabilities and scientific collaboration.
National Standards Laboratory SA (NSL SA), a Swiss laboratory in Aigle, Canton of Vaud, announced today that it has completed registration with the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) and the United Nations Partner Portal (UNPP), creating additional channels for international scientific co-operation and technical engagement.
NSL SA operates within an ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory framework, focusing on technical competence, analytical reliability, controlled methodologies, traceable records and confidence in testing and research results.
Its capabilities include advanced inspection, measurement, analytical testing and responsible preclinical research, supported by validated methods, qualified personnel, data-integrity procedures and scientific quality controls.
A key focus of NSL SA’s research agenda is longevity science and healthy ageing. The laboratory investigates biological mechanisms associated with ageing, cellular resilience, metabolism, inflammation,
tissue maintenance and age-related functional decline. Through scientifically designed and responsibly conducted preclinical research, including animal studies where appropriate, NSL SA aims to generate reliable evidence supporting future advances in human health research.
The laboratory emphasises rigorous methodology, ethical oversight and transparent interpretation of results.
