Beijing (China), July 19, GNA–”The Governance of China Volume V,” a book by China’s President, Xi Jinping, is a definitive guide not only to Chinese-Style Modernization and Global Vision, but also to the world, Africa and especially Ghana.
The book stands as an authoritative and comprehensive compendium that systematically encapsulates the latest theoretical innovations and practical achievements of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.

On ecological civilization, the book explains that as human activities such as farming for food, generating income, and extracting raw materials for infrastructure increase with population growth, the land must be reclaimed while preserving animals, especially endangered species.
Furthermore, the environment should be kept clean to ensure a serene and disease-free society.
Above all, the government must ensure national security. The President strongly believes that national security is the strategic pillar of the state.
The borders of every state should be clearly defined, respected as sovereign, and protected by well-trained and well-equipped security personnel.
Each concept is grounded in concrete practice — from fostering technological self-reliance to eradicating absolute poverty, from advancing green transitions to promoting whole-process people’s democracy — revealing the pragmatic, results-oriented nature of China’s governance.
Beyond domestic governance, the author articulates China’s vision for a shared future for humanity, addressing pressing global challenges: climate change, geopolitical tensions, uneven development, and global governance deficits.
