CLOGSAG elects two executives to steer municipal affairs for four years

Enchi (WN/R), April 28, GNA – Members of the Civil and Local Government Services Association of Ghana (CLOGSAG) in the Aowin Municipality of the Western North Region have elected two executives to steer the affairs of the Association for the next four years. 

Mr Selorm Debrah was elected Chairman, while Mr Nathaniel Mends-Boah assumed the position of Organiser. 

The election, which was conducted under the supervision of Regional Executives of the Association and the Electoral Commission, was held peacefully. 

In his acceptance speech, Mr Debrah expressed gratitude to members for the confidence reposed in him and his colleague and pledged to lead with integrity, inclusiveness and dedication. 

He said the new administration would prioritise strengthening unity among members and addressing their welfare and professional needs. 

“We are glad for the overwhelming support and assurance given us through this unopposed election. 

“We assure members that their welfare will remain our topmost priority, and we will work hard to justify the trust repost in us” he stated.  

Mr Debrah appealed to members to offer their cooperation and actively participate in the activities of the Association to ensure the success of the new administration.
