Apremdo(WR), April 7, GNA – Nana Egya Kwamina XI, the Apremdohene, has feted some children from his community as part of the Easter festivity.
The gesture underscored the values of love, unity, and investment in the younger generation as pathways to societal progress.
The Palace in Apremdo, was filled with children gay and hearty, knowing that their overlord got their back.
Nana Apremdohene told the Ghana News Agency that nurturing children was the ultimate act of giving to humanity.
“Love and unity are the foundations of our community. By developing our children through education and care, we build a stronger tomorrow for Apremdo and Ghana as a whole,” he stated.
He urged parents to prioritise their wards’ moral and academic growth.
The chief’s initiative also aligned with his ongoing commitment to community welfare, including scholarships and health promotions.
The Apremdohene called on other leaders to emulate the spirit of giving, prioritise the needs of children and carry them on their shoulders as the future belonged to them.
“We cannot live our children to be taught by social media or friends, let’s go back to the days where real charity began from the home, let’s train very well these children for a beautiful future”, he added.
