Ho West DCE holds thanksgiving service to mark leadership journey

Abutia-Agove (V/R), March 16, GNA – Mr Francis Dusey, the District Chief Executive (DCE) for the Ho West District, has organised a thanksgiving service at Abutia Agove to express gratitude to God for his guidance and protection throughout his leadership journey. 

The event brought together traditional authorities, religious leaders, political party executives and residents from across the district. 

Also present, were Mr Emmanuel Kwasi Bedzrah, the Member of Parliament for Ho West, fellow Metropolitan, Municipal and District Chief Executives, heads of departments, assembly members, staff of the District Assembly, family members and well-wishers. 

The thanksgiving ceremony featured prayers, praise and worship sessions as well as goodwill messages from dignitaries who commended the DCE for his commitment to public service. 

Mr Dusey expressed his appreciation to God for sustaining him in office and granting him the strength and wisdom to serve the people of Ho West. 

He reaffirmed his commitment to promoting unity, peace and accelerated development across communities within the district. 

“I remain committed to working with all stakeholders to ensure progress and development for our people,” he stated. 

Mr Bedzrah, the Member of Parliament for Ho West, praised the DCE for his dedication and collaborative leadership style in advancing development initiatives in the district. 

He urged residents to offer their maximum support to both the parliamentary and district leadership to ensure the total development of the Ho West Constituency. 

Mr Stephen Adom, the Municipal Chief Executive for Ho Municipal Assembly, also commended Mr Dusey for his humility, commitment and leadership, affectionately referring to him as “Senior.” 

He said the DCE’s leadership had strengthened cooperation among local authorities and encouraged collective efforts toward development within the region. 

As part of the ceremony, the Ho West District Assembly presented a citation to Mr Dusey in recognition of his leadership and dedication to the growth and development of the district.
