He said wth high security control and ample parking space, the facility was managed by professional staff trained to provide secure and time-efficient processing of entry permit requirements in a friendly ambience to ensure the best customer experience.

“For customers seeking a personalised application experience, the facility houses three Premium Lounge facilities (for Italy, other Schengen destinations, and the UK),” he added.
The Head, Sub Saharan Africa, VFS Global said in addition, customers could opt to submit their visa applications from the comfort and safety of their home, office or any other preferred location with its Visa At Your Doorstep service (for Denmark, South Africa and Switzerland visa customers) or the On-Demand Mobile Visa service (for UK visa customers).
He said customers could enjoy other optional value-added services available at the facility such as form-filling assistance services by professionally trained staff or application submission and document collection outside of the regular business hours with the prime-time service.
“UK visa customers can also opt for the Keep My Passport While Applying service which enables them to retain their passports once their application is submitted and biometrics have been enrolled,” he said.
