Atebubu, (Bono East), April 21, GNA – Ohempon Dr Yeboah Asiamah, the Paramount Chief of the Atebubu Traditional Area in the Bono East Region has renovated the official bungalow of the Atebubu/Amantin Divisional Police Commander.
In an interview with the Ghana News Agency (GNA) at Atebubu, Ohempon Dr Asiamah said he spent GH₵35,000 to undertake the renovation work to provide decent accommodation for the police commander.
That would inspire the police to work hard and thereby improve the security situation in the area, he stated.
Ohempon Dr Asiamah pledged his commitment to ensure that key government officials or public servants posted to serve in the area had decent accommodation.
“It’s my vision to transform and help speed up the development of the Atebubu Traditional Area,” he stated.
He urged the people to also contribute their quota towards advancing the holistic development of the area.
