Jospong Group lauded for investing in staff

Accra, Jan. 17, GNA – Dr. Rev. Sam Adeyemi, a global speaker, has commended the Jospong Group of Companies (JGC) for funding international training and development programmes for their staff.

Speaking at the Jospong Leadership Conference (JLC) 2025, he noted that such initiatives helped employees enhance their skills, which in turn boosted productivity.

In a presentation on the topic: “Bridging the Gap: Leadership Journey of Connection and Change,” Dr. Adeyemi urged business leaders and workers to be “attentive to their surroundings.”

He explained that “seeing and hearing were critical principles for “transforming people,” and that “Transformation happens within and not without and also starts with self-leadership.”

Dr. Adeyemi, also the Chief Executive Officer of Sam Adeyemi GLC Inc., encouraged JGC staff and management to reflect on their surroundings, take practical steps, and strive for results.

The JLC-2025, the 12th edition with the theme “Transformation through Leadership,” focused on business sustainability, positive work ethics, and impactful change within the Group.

Over 2,000 managers and senior staff members of JGC participated both in-person and via zoom.

Dr. Adeyemi emphasized the significance of deliberate transformation and underscored the powerful impact of movies and other media in driving change.

He further noted that communication, mentoring, and international travel played key roles in fostering “sustainable transformation.”

Dr. Siaw Agyepong, CEO of the Jospong Group, expressed his gratitude to Dr. Adeyemi for his continued support of the Leadership Conference.
