Accra, Sept 03, GNA – Professor Jane Naana-Agyemang, the Running Mate to the Flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Tuesday began a campaign tour of the Western Region.
A statement issued by Mr James Agyenim-Boateng, her Spokesman, copied to the Ghana News Agency, said the three-day tour would focus on constituencies where the party did not have a sitting member of Parliament.
Prof Opoku-Agyemang would begin her campaign at Tarkwa Nsuaem and continue through Ahanta West and Mpohor constituencies.
She would visit Shama, Essikado-Ketan, Sekondi, Takoradi, Effia and Kwesimintsim constituencies.
Prof Opoku-Agyemang would continue her engagement with market women, traders, commercial drivers and the public.
She would end her campaign in the Western Region on Thursday, the statement said.
