In his congratulatory message, President John Dramani Mahama said Rev. Dr Wengam’s re-election reflected the confidence of the Church in his leadership and the work he had undertaken to advance its growth and mission.

“You have earned that confidence through years of ministry, relationships that have been built across congregations, and work undertaken with your colleagues,” President Mahama said.

He commended the General Superintendent for the achievements recorded during his first tenure, including the planting of more than 2,000 churches and the training of over 440 pastors in the past four years.
