Accra, Oct 4, GNA -The Deputy Volta North Regional Police Commander, ACP Cuthbert Aapengnuo, has commended the Kpando Municipal Chief Executive, Mr Killian Donkor, for rehabilitating and handing over the Kpando Police District Headquarters to the Ghana Police Service.
The rehabilitated facility was commissioned on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, a release copied to the Ghana News Agency said.
ACP Aapengnuo expressed appreciation to the MCE for providing resources to support policing in the municipality and called on other stakeholders to emulate the initiative.
He assured the public of the Service’s commitment to maintaining the facility and ensuring peace and security in the municipality.
The MCE, on his part, pledged to construct additional police stations on secured lands within the municipality to expand police presence and improve security coverage.
