Kumasi Oct. 05, 2028, GNA – Mr. Richard Agyare, a former Deputy Secretary of the East London Chapter of NPP, has called for effective collaboration among the newly elected national executive members of the party to executive the party’s agenda of winning the 2028 general elections.

He said it was important for the new leadership to examine and analyze the current political climate and dedicate themselves to deducing and formulating highly effective strategies that were essential for the comprehensive and successful implementation of the party’s agenda for its long-term vision.

Speaking to the Ghana News Agency in an interview in Kumasi, Mr Agyare, emphasized that, diligent and effective implementation of carefully crafted strategies was not merely an option, but an absolute necessity.

The New Patriotic Party, he asserted, simply could not afford to falter or fail in its mission of effectively rescuing and reclaiming political power from the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the coming general elections in 2028.

He pointed out that, the successful conduct of the national delegates’ conference highlighted the call for both the long-standing past and the currently active supporters of the party to set aside differences, unify their efforts, and collectively offer unwavering support to the newly elected officials, to execute their duties with utmost diligence and commitment for the party’s progress.

Mr. Agyare also elaborated on the necessity of internal cohesion, explaining that, with the intense internal elections now successfully concluded, it was an opportune moment for all members to transcend any past grievances or disagreements.

He also stressed the importance of fostering a spirit of forgiveness and reconciliation within the party ranks, allowing them to collectively unite and strategically plan with a singular focus on the overarching objective of securing victory.

Mr Agyare stated that, the conduct demonstrated by both the aspirants vying for various positions and the delegates participating in the recent conference served as a powerful testament to the New Patriotic Party’s sense of discipline and its unwavering commitment to maintaining a peaceful and orderly internal democratic process.

This, he concluded, indicated the party’s continued strength and organizational maturity, which must be sustained.
