Accra, Oct. 24, GNA – Ignite, a social enterprise, has launched an initiative to connect Ghanaian entrepreneurs to global social commerce networks through digital skills training, business tools and income-generating opportunities.

The initiative seeks to support micro-entrepreneurs, creators and small businesses to build sustainable enterprises and participate more competitively in the global digital economy.

The announcement was made at a regional launch event at Atlantis, Dubai, where Ignite unveiled its Global Advisory Board as part of its expansion into Africa, Asia and the Middle East.

The enterprise said Ghana’s growing ecosystem of youth-led businesses, digital innovation and entrepreneurship positioned the country as a key market for its expansion strategy.

It said the programme would link entrepreneurs to established brands while providing structured training, artificial intelligence-based learning tools and consumer product lines to support business growth and wealth creation.

The advisory board is chaired by Dato’ Sri Subahan Kamal, a Malaysian corporate leader, and includes Mr Nathan Kwabena Anokye Adisi, Chief Executive Officer of EIB Network Group, popularly known as Bola Ray, as well as biophysicists Dr Konstantin Korotkov and Dr Beverly Rubik.

Ignite said Mr Adisi’s appointment would strengthen the company’s engagement with African entrepreneurs and support efforts to expand opportunities for young people across the continent.

Mr Adisi, a member of the Ignite Global Advisory Board, said many young people in Ghana and across Africa were seeking practical pathways to acquire digital skills, establish businesses and generate sustainable incomes.

“Across Ghana and Africa, thousands of ambitious individuals are seeking practical pathways to acquire digital skills, launch viable businesses, and generate sustainable wealth,” he said.

Mr Adisi said the initiative was designed to build a long-term socio-economic ecosystem that supports entrepreneurship, job creation and business development rather than simply distribute consumer products.

He said the integration of artificial intelligence-driven learning platforms with marketable lifestyle products would create new revenue streams for entrepreneurs and increase African participation in global commerce.

“By pairing practical AI-based learning platform with curated, high-demand lifestyle products, we are unlocking meaningful earning avenues for local entrepreneurs and elevating African participation in the global marketplace,” he said.

Mr Kamal said Ignite’s expansion strategy would focus on delivering measurable socio-economic benefits to participating communities through ethical and transparent business practices.

He said Mr Adisi’s experience in African enterprise and youth development would help ensure the company’s growth across the continent was built on a sustainable foundation.

“Mr Adisi’s deep insight into African enterprise and youth culture will ensure IGNITE’s footprint in Ghana and across the continent is built on sustainable, long-term foundation,” Mr Kamal said.

The company also unveiled four product lines, namely Aria Wellness Pendant, BRIGHT Skincare, SENA Timepieces and brAInify, which it said would support wellness, digital learning and social selling activities within its entrepreneurship ecosystem.
